Kaiser’s Tengelmann is growing ... and we want to do business with you!

Since the restructuring of our business, we are now focusing our development on the four regions
that offer the highest concentration of consumer purchasing power in northern Germany:
Nordrhein (office in Mülheim an der Ruhr); Berlin and surrounding (office in Berlin); Rhein-Main-Neckar (offices in Nieder-Olm), and Munich/Oberbayern (offices in Munich)

We are looking for potential store locations that meet the following criteria:

Towns and communities with a minimum of 10,000 residents.

A vacant, free-standing property on a major or secondary artery.

Shopping center opportunity with existing discount outlets and/or specialty retailers,
but with no existing self-service supermarkets.

Good visibility and shopper access.

Potential store facilities must offer:

1. A sales area between 1,000 and 2,000 sq. mtrs., or a minimum of 800 sq. mtrs. in choice
center-of-town locations.

2. Additional space ranging from 350 to 400 sp.mtrs.

3. Parking for a minimum of 80 vehicles at ground level (based on al dales area of 1,000 sq. mtrs.),
for the exclusive use of store customers.

4. Equipment and furnishings in conformance with local building specifications.
